Flooding news rises across Twitter

Flooding from Rhode Island to New York and across the Northeastern United States, has residents filling sandbags and preparing for the worst.
And despite weeks of soggy weather the worst is yet to come as river levels continue to rise and loss of homes seems imminent.
Once again Twitter users are in the thick of it, sending out pictures and links to maps; video of what is happen in their neighborhood and the latest news about their homes.....
