Twitter returns to #blamePalin

The little blip that forced an error 403 from Twitter this morning is fixed. And just in time for everyone to #blamePalin.

It seems the little hashtag is intended both to deride those who blame Sarah Palin for everything from the massacre in Arizona to the derisive nature of American politics, and to encourage them to do so.
