It is a wild election year in Australia (apparently) as voters head to the polls to choose their next government. There are currently four political parties in Australia and two main candidates, Julia Gillard and Tony Abbott .
Across Twitter citizens of Australia are Tweeting their delight and dismay at the election season. Voting is required for all citizens of Australia aged 18 or older.
Seems everyone has something to say about the issue....
