Twitter follows Phillipine hostage crisis

Once again Twitter has proved itself a breaking news source, as followers around the globe turned to the website for the latest news regarding the hostage crisis in the Phillipines.

The crisis has ended, but the theories as to what actually happened and why, have only just begun....
